Job Title: Sales Executive – Heavy Equipment Division
Location: Muscat, Oman
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the Oman heavy equipment market

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Heavy Equipment Division in Muscat. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the local market, proven experience in selling heavy machinery/equipment, and an established network of clients in Oman. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities within the heavy equipment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, government entities, and key clients in the local market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and monitor competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profit margins.
  • Coordinate with the service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as required.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment industry within Oman.
  • Strong understanding of construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Existing client database and strong market connections in Oman (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Oman driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
