Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month (Base) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Falcon General Trading LLC is a leading wholesaler of high-quality artificial grass and synthetic plants. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our footprint across the UAE. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting project sites, and building relationships with contractors, landscaping companies, and retail traders.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales: Spend 80% of your time on the road, visiting potential clients, nurseries, and construction sites to promote our artificial foliage range.
• Lead Generation: Identify and secure new B2B accounts (Landscaping firms, Interior Designers, and General Contractors).
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesalers and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and trends in the UAE landscaping and "green" building material sectors.
• Reporting: Provide daily sales visit reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of Outdoor Sales experience in the UAE, preferably in building materials, landscaping, or hardware trading.
• License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Communication: Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a major advantage for dealing with site supervisors and traders).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently under the Dubai sun.
• Network: An existing network within the landscaping or construction industry in Dubai/Sharjah is highly preferred.
