Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Elevators & Escalators (New Projects & Service)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Vertical Transportation team. This dual-focus role is responsible for driving growth through the sale of new elevator/escalator installations for construction projects and securing long-term service and maintenance contracts for existing building portfolios.

You will be the bridge between our engineering excellence and our clients' mobility needs, ensuring safety, reliability, and innovation are at the forefront of every deal.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Equipment Sales (Construction & Modernization)

  • Identify and engage with property developers, main contractors, and architects to secure tenders for new projects.
  • Conduct traffic analysis and technical consultations to recommend the most efficient elevator and escalator configurations.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, navigating complex negotiation cycles from initial inquiry to final contract signing.

2. Service & Maintenance Sales

  • Proactively sell comprehensive maintenance packages to building owners and facility managers.
  • Identify opportunities for modernization (upgrades) and repair works within an assigned territory.
  • Maintain a high retention rate by ensuring current service contracts are renewed and optimized.

3. Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their technical and commercial requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Installation and Service teams to ensure a seamless transition from "Sale" to "Site."
  • Stay updated on local safety codes, building regulations, and industry trends to act as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry or a closely related MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) field.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to read architectural drawings and understand the basic mechanics of vertical transportation.
  • Network: An existing network of contacts within the local construction and facility management sectors is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
