Job Description
We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves driving new business growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while promoting the company’s solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new business opportunities through field sales activities
- Generate prospects via cold calls, referrals, networking, and site visits
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings
- Introduce and explain company products and services to potential clients
- Create and present sales proposals and business presentations
- Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales, and achieve set sales goals
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure ongoing support
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking forums
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Outdoor Sales (background in telecom, real estate, banking, or solution-based sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication with excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must hold a valid QID and be legally eligible to work in Qatar
