Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive with strong experience in building materials project sales. The ideal candidate must have good market knowledge in UAE, strong customer relationships, and the ability to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and MEP companies
• Conduct regular outdoor visits to promote company products
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on LPOs, and negotiate pricing
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments for delivery, invoicing, and payment collection
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in building materials sales (MEP/Plumbing/Irrigation/Sanitary preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local UAE market and ongoing construction projects
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)
