Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell HD Putty directly to customers in Chakwal. The role involves visiting sites, engaging with contractors and homeowners, and driving direct product sales through effective demonstrations and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate direct sales of HD Putty through field visits and customer interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, painters, and retail shops
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Field Work & Client Interaction:
- Conduct daily visits to construction sites and market areas
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
- Perform live product demonstrations when required
Product Expertise:
- Develop strong knowledge of HD Putty, its application, and benefits
- Educate customers on usage techniques and product advantages
Customer Support:
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales / D2C sales
- Preference for candidates from paint, putty, or construction industry
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within the city
Qualification:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
