Outdoor Sales Executive (Building Materials

JOB DESCRIPTION- OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting to-SALES MANAGER

 To get yourself updated about our products and services.

 To bring on board new customers and also handle the existing customer that has been handed over.

 To build and maintain relationship with clients and prospects

 To do regular visits to your existing customer sites and offices, thus enhancing your relationship and sales

 To provide the necessary training and product demonstrations etc to customers.

 To provide sampling wherever necessary after management approvals to enhance your sales.

 To increase the visibility of our products or services wherever possible.

 To see to it that the necessary sales targets are met and the yearly budgets are achieved.

 To see to it that the necessary GP is maintained in all the sales transaction.

 To see to it that the invoices are submitted on time and the documentations are proper.

 To see to it that the accounts receivables are handled properly and within the approved credit limit.

 To review all the quotations that are prepared on your behalf and see to it that it attains sales cycle.

 To see to it that the after sales services are also addressed in the right manner , thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level

 To build and maintain professional relationships.

 To be able to work as a team to achieve the set organizational goals.

 To analyze and have a good understanding about competition.
