Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials (Plumbing / HDPE)

Job Summary

Cemec Far East General Trading Co. LLC is looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with strong knowledge in plumbing and HDPE building materials. The candidate will handle project sales, site visits, quotations, and business development in the Abu Dhabi market.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Strong market knowledge of Abu Dhabi building materials sector
• Handle project sales with MEP and plumbing contractors
• Identify and develop new projects and business opportunities
• Prepare and follow up quotations, technical submittals, and price offers
• Coordinate with internal teams for material availability and delivery
• Close sales orders and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
• Maintain good relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Submit regular visit and sales reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in building materials project sales
• Excellent product knowledge in plumbing materials, especially HDPE pipes & fittings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Languages required:
• English – Mandatory
• Hindi & Malayalam – Preferred
• Arabic – Added advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
