Outdoor Sales Executive - Electrical & Lighting

We are hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our electrical lighting business. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new leads, and delivering tailored lighting solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and electrical sector

Sales Execution

  • Promote and sell lighting fixtures and electrical components
  • Conduct product presentations and provide technical guidance on lighting solutions

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
  • Keep clients updated on new products and offerings

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain daily visit reports and sales forecasts
  • Update CRM with customer interactions, project progress, and market insights

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years in outdoor sales (preferably electrical or lighting industry)
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lighting systems and electrical components (switches, sockets, DB boards); lighting design software is a plus
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Attributes: Self-driven, proactive, resilient, and target-oriented
  • Logistics: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems

Additional Details

  • Salary based on experience and expertise
  • Attractive incentives for achieving/surpassing targets

Pay: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
