Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our automotive company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients in the field, promoting automotive products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell automotive products, spare parts, or services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide after-sales support and customer follow-up
- Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (automotive experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
