OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE-FEMALE

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our automotive company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients in the field, promoting automotive products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
  • Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers
  • Promote and sell automotive products, spare parts, or services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Provide after-sales support and customer follow-up
  • Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (automotive experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of the local market
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
