Job Summary:
Helpline Group is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in service-based industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and promoting company services while ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction
- Promote Helpline Group services including company formation, PRO services, certificate attestation, and HR solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service consultations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a service-based industry (e.g., consultancy, HR services, business setup, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
- Familiarity with the local market
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of Saudi business setup, licensing, or corporate services
