Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and contracting sectors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to consultants, contractors, developers, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong network to secure new quotations and tenders.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, product pricing, and upcoming projects.

2. Sales & Client Management

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project specifications and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, system proposals, and technical demonstrations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, tenders, and ongoing deals.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions within company policies.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.

3. Technical & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with HVAC engineers, estimation teams, and suppliers to prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals.
  • Review BOQs, project drawings, and specifications to match system selection with requirements.
  • Visit project sites when needed to gather technical details and ensure proposal accuracy.
  • Support project execution teams with clarifications during installation phases.

· Offer a lead role in the after sales support for our clients.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of daily client visits, inquiries, offers, and pipeline status.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Ensure CRM or sales tracking tools are updated with opportunities and client information.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems (DX units, VRF, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems).
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and local HVAC regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.

Sales & Communication Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Confident presentation skills for meetings and technical discussions.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Professional & Personal Competencies

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in field engagement.
  • Strong time management and planning abilities.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to varying customer needs and project challenges.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

  • Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday. (Friay-Day-off). Are you willing to working according to this schedule?
