Outdoor Sales Executive ( Male Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our client base for ERP software solutions in the retail industry. This role requires daily field visits, lead generation, and direct interaction with retail businesses to promote and sell our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:Field Sales & Lead Generation:

• Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets such as supermarkets, fashion stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and general retail shops.
• Identify potential customers and generate quality leads through in-person interactions.
• Build awareness about the company’s ERP solution and its benefits for retail operations.

Client Engagement & Presentations:

• Engage with store owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their business needs.
• Deliver in-person product introductions and coordinate detailed demonstrations with the inside sales team when required.
• Provide basic product explanations and highlight key features that match the client’s operations.

Sales Conversion & Follow-ups:

• Manage lead follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the internal sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation for clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market & Competitor Research:

• Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated about retail business trends and competitor products.
• Share field feedback with the management team to improve sales strategies.

Reporting:

• Maintain daily visit logs, lead records, and sales activity reports.
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in outdoor sales (preferably in software, IT, POS, or retail industry) will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable conducting field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
