Job Description:

Asian Mold Craft International Decor is looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive / Salesman with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to drive business growth and manage client relationships across hospitality and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outdoor sales activities
• Follow up with clients for interior fit-out projects
• Handle hospitality and retail project inquiries and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project approvals
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client records

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in outdoor sales for interior fit-out projects
• Strong exposure to hospitality and retail projects
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Excellent client follow-up and negotiation skills
• Strong market knowledge and client network is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 5,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)
