outdoor sales officer

Job Summary:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Officer to drive sales of our building materials by generating new leads, nurturing client relationships with contractors, developers, and traders, and achieving ambitious sales targets in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on project sites and construction areas.
• Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell our range of building materials (e.g., hardware, sanitary ware, tiles, timber, finishes).
• Field Activities: Conduct regular market visits, project site inspections, and client meetings.
• Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Reporting: Submit timely sales reports, update CRM, and analyze market trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven outdoor sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (specify years, e.g., 2-5 years).
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local construction market and competitor activities.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• License: Valid UAE driving license is essential.
