ob Title: Outdoor Sales Officer – Building Materials

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Officer to promote and sell building materials to contractors, developers, retailers, and construction companies. The role involves field sales, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers within the construction and building materials market
• Visit contractors, project sites, consultants, retailers, and developers regularly
• Promote company products and explain technical features and benefits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely collections
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, management)
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (building materials preferred) and need to achieve monthly sales target
• Knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, tiles, blocks, sanitary ware, paints, or related products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
