Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Officer with experience in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence among contractors, construction companies, hardware stores, and project clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
• Visit contractors, builders, consultants, and retail customers regularly.
• Promote and sell building materials products to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding accounts when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outdoor sales within the building materials industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, hardware products, or related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license
