Outdoor Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth across the UAE market. The Role: Your Impact

You will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to final delivery. This role demands daily travel and interaction with clients across various emirates.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following non-negotiable requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of successful, proactive Outdoor Sales experience within the UAE market. Experience in a B2B service environment is a strong advantage.
  • Mobility: This role requires extensive travel. You must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a reliable vehicle.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for professional communication.
  • Basic communication skills in Arabic are required to effectively engage with a diverse and multi-cultural client base.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the discipline to manage a demanding schedule independently.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Territory Management: Plan and execute daily sales calls and client visits across assigned territories to generate new business.

Lead Generation: Actively research, prospect, and qualify new leads to maintain a full and productive sales pipeline.

Sales Pitch: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to individual needs and closing sales effectively.

Account Servicing: Manage initial client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upsells.

Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, forecasts, and results using our CRM system.
