OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new business, and managing key corporate accounts. You will strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients while expanding our market presence in the bedding and sleep solutions industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, retail, and distribution channels.
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to clients, including corporate offices, hotels, retailers, and distributors.
  • Promote and sell our range of mattress and sleeping products, aligning with client needs and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the mattress, sleeping items, furniture, or home accessories sectors.
  • Strong network within corporate accounts, retailers, or the hospitality sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.

Working Conditions:
