About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for our CCTV & ELV division. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and focused on winning new business while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets across commercial, industrial, and residential markets. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys direct sales, works well independently, and is motivated by performance-based success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through active prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and client meetings to position company solutions effectively.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization to maximize revenue and margins.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates to ensure predictable revenue generation.
- Establish long-term partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, business forums, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in CCTV, ELV, or security solutions sales.
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value contracts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license required.
