Job Summary
A growing garment and apparel manufacturing company in Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative specializing in uniforms and corporate apparel. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Qatar market and proven experience in garment sales, particularly in securing contracts for uniforms and workwear from corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.
The role focuses on business development, market expansion, and generating sales by securing contracts, agreements, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from various industries. The candidate must be proactive in identifying opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and positioning the company competitively within the uniform and garment sector.
The successful candidate must have prior experience in the garment or uniform industry and a strong understanding of market competition in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for uniforms and corporate apparel across multiple industries.
- Generate sales by securing contracts, agreements, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing clients across Qatar.
- Build strong relationships with procurement departments, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
Market Expansion
- Identify new sectors and industries requiring uniforms and workwear solutions.
- Promote the company’s garment manufacturing capabilities and product range.
- Expand the company’s presence in the uniform and apparel market.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide professional product presentations and recommend suitable uniform solutions for clients.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Market Awareness and Competitive Analysis
- Maintain strong knowledge of the garment and uniform market in Qatar.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to management.
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
- Follow up on pending quotations and negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure proper execution of orders.
- Maintain sales reports, client records, and business development documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outdoor sales within the garment, apparel, or uniform manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of securing contracts and generating sales within the Qatar market.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, industrial sectors, and institutional buyers.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of garment production, fabrics, sizing, and uniform requirements.
- Knowledge of uniform supply for industries such as hospitality, healthcare, corporate offices, construction, education, and facility management.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and quotation preparation.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and industry network.
- Ability to conduct outdoor sales visits across different locations in Qatar.

Compensation and Benefits
