OUTDOOR SALESMAN

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of kitchen and homeware items.
• Drive sales of HORECA items for corporate clients.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs kitchen and homeware items and HORECA solutions.
• Promote kitchen and homeware items and HORECA solutions to businesses, understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Network within the industry to increase brand visibility.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and present products with potential customers daily
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Generate and submit sales reports to management
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in Outdoor Sales/Van Sales and Merchandising is a must.
• Candidate must have worked as outdoor sales executive handling hotels, restaurants, cafes and others in Bahrain with good relationship with purchase team or owners.
• Must be fluent in English (reading + writing + speaking)
• Arabic is an advantages
• Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to interact with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month
