Job Scope:
The Outdoor Salesman will play a key role in driving business growth through field-based sales, client engagement, and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, nurturing strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s machinery products and services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients to promote the company’s machinery products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with operations, workshop, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports to the Sales Manager.
- Gather and report market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, leads, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE market, specifically in the heavy equipment sector.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with proven ability to close deals.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or Hindi language skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, customer expectations, and industry competition.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
