Outdoor Travel & Tourism Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Overview:
The Outdoor Travel & Tourism Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling travel and tourism services to a wide range of clients. The role involves outdoor marketing activities, client visits, presentations, and building strong business relationships with private companies, government organizations, schools, universities, hospitals, and other institutions. The executive will play a key role in increasing sales, creating awareness of travel packages, and expanding the company’s market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential clients including private companies, government organizations, schools, colleges, universities, and hospitals.
- Promote travel and tourism packages, holiday deals, corporate travel services, and customized travel solutions.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and outdoor promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on available travel services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.
- Meet sales targets and report progress to management.
- Maintain market knowledge about competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Tourism (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the travel & tourism sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of travel services, packages, and tourism destinations.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred for outdoor role).

- Field-based role involving frequent travel to meet clients.
