• Intermediate or above
• 3+ years of proven experience in the food chain or bakery industry
• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and store operations
• Sound understanding of operational standards and optimization
• Working knowledge of ERP software
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities
• Strong business understanding with strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations efficiently
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain service quality and operational standards
• Monitor sales, inventory, and outlet performance
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Coordinate with management for operational improvements
