Retail Outlet | Full-Time

Khazanay is looking for a seasoned and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead operations at our retail outlet in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of fashion/thrift retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily outlet operations, inventory, floor management & visual merchandising

- Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance

- Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and report outlet performance

- Manage stock replenishment, inventory control & loss prevention

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain outlet standards

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and logistics

- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in retail/store management (fashion or thrift preferred)

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Knowledge of clothing & footwear quality grading

- Experience with inventory systems and retail operations

- Strong communication skills in Urdu & English

- Ability to work flexible retail hours

- A bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
