Outlet Supervisor – All Day Dining

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the all-day dining outlet.
• Ensure service standards are consistently followed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Support the Outlet Manager in staff scheduling, briefing, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and outlet presentation at all times.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in inventory control, stock requisitions, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
• Lead by example with professional appearance and guest-focused behavior.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties as required.
• Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities.

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, with supervisory experience in an all-day dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to assist with service setup and breakdown when required.
