Superior Center is a growing outpatient mental health practice specializing in ADHD and related conditions. Our mission is to provide practical, strengths-based therapy that helps clients build real-life skills, confidence, and momentum.

We are expanding our Troy presence and are looking to add a second associate therapist to our office. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with ADHD clients in a supportive, flexible, and collaborative practice environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate psychotherapist to join our Troy team. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to children, teens, and adults with ADHD and co-occurring concerns.

This position offers flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and the ability to grow your caseload in a thriving specialty practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to clients with ADHD and related concerns
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and skills-based interventions
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers when appropriate
  • Participate in consultation and team collaboration as needed
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing requirements
  • Maintain and grow a caseload in addition to the supports provided by the practice.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Active Michigan license as LMSW-Clinical (limited licenses will not be selected at this time).
  • Interest in or experience working with ADHD populations
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative team

  • Competitive fee split ranging from 45% – 77.5%, based on experience, availability, and performance

  • Must be willing and able to see at least 10 clients per week.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
