Outpatient Therapist

At MCC Family Services, we’re on a mission to provide healing and hope to children, teens, and families. Since 1997, we’ve built a trusted reputation across Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley for delivering thoughtful, trauma-informed care. We’re currently seeking a part-time Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team in Bensalem, PA.

This position offers a hybrid model with both in-office and telehealth opportunities, giving you the freedom to create a schedule that fits your life. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to feel supported while doing it, we’d love to hear from you.

What you can expect in this role:

• Provide individual and/or group therapy to children, adolescents, and families
• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and progress
• Use evidence-based approaches to support clients navigating trauma, autism, chronic pain, anxiety, and more
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure a consistent, supportive environment
• Participate in monthly clinical supervision and team check-ins
• Maintain clear and timely documentation for all sessions

What we’re looking for:

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience providing therapy or mental health support
• A clinician who is reliable, thoughtful, and motivated to make a difference
• Someone who values flexibility but can commit to at least 12 billable hours a week
• Ability to pass background checks (child abuse, FBI, drug screening)
• Bonus if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) or already licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Compensation and Perks:

• $35 per hour for non-licensed therapists
• $40.50 per hour for licensed clinicians
• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in increments as milestone hours are met
• Paid supervision and training
• Flexible weekday schedule with no required weekends
