Outpatient Therapist - Adolescent

e-motion wellness™ has redesigned the Mental health and Addiction treatment process. Our Intensive OutPatient Treatment program effectively delivers a new and extremely effective approach to how talented clinicians provide therapies. The e-motion wellness method™ both transcends and includes traditional evidence-based psychotherapy and integrates our evolutionary history with current neuroscience. We designed the e-motion wellness method to capitalize on the brain’s developmental history, survival functions, and how humans learn. We have mastered intentional and effective protocols to encourage the brain’s natural processes. Our methods produce incredible results and optimize overall mental health. We utilize biometrics and advanced tracking measures to collect data and monitor outcomes. Our environment has been designed to support people to engage and maintain optimal lifestyle changes.

At e-motion wellness™ outpatient therapists provide clinical support and intervention to adults, adolescents and their families, and groups with an identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. Using a strengths based, person centered approach, they assess and treat individual mental health needs of the identified individual receiving the service. Outpatient therapy includes psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions designed to assist the individual with long and short-term goal identification, reduction of symptoms, and progress through their individual recovery process. Services are provided with individual centered and family centered approaches and are delivered in a comprehensive integrative manner through intensive, time-limited, and goal driven interventions.

To thrive in this role, you must be able to:

  • Communicate effectively
  • Maintain and manage a caseload
  • Conduct individual sessions, facilitate group therapy and educational presentations.
  • Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and unique client needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through the ongoing assessment of the client and his/her natural supports that may result in modification to the service plan.
  • Include family and natural support in the client’s treatment, per the client’s preference.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of new developments in the field of substance use and mental health as required by specific state licensure.
  • Maintain a thorough and comprehensive client record.
  • Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge of the case is crucial.

Qualifications:

  • A licensable degree in a mental health field such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Licensure in the state of Texas to include LPC, LMFT, LCSW
  • Experience supporting individuals in a mental health/clinical capacity
  • Working knowledge of DSM-V TR
  • Basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: days, evenings and weekends.

Work setting: In-person

Education: Master's Level

License/Certification:

· LPC, LMFT, LCSW and all associate licenses.

· Consideration for LCDC and individuals under supervision with supervisor’s approval

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
