Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused team member to support daily outreach communication, resource coordination, and internal tracking.
This role reports directly to the Marketing & Operations Manager and supports day-to-day outreach execution. You will not be expected to lead strategy. You will help carry it out, stay on top of communication, and keep things consistent.
This is a strong entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in nonprofit work, outreach, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Support
- Manage daily emails, texts, and follow-ups with clients, partners, and community agencies.
- Send daily and weekly outreach messages using pre-written content
- Assist with client data entry, service documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help prepare client forms, sign-ins, and outreach tracking sheets.
- Support coordination for DMV events, sober living referrals, housing navigation, and phone/ID assistance.
Communications & Marketing
- Research and track local resources such as food, shelters, and workforce centers
- Keep internal resource lists updated and accurate
- Assist with social media and content creation, including ocassionaly capturing photos and videos at outreach events
- Support with simple Canva graphics if needed
Partner & Community Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, shelters, sober living homes, ID Project, and outreach teams.
- Coordinate with agencies for events, referrals, and client support pathways.
- Represent Momentum360 professionally in email and occasional in-person interactions.
- Help schedule collaboration meetings and maintain partner contact lists.
Operations Support
- Assist with organizing supplies, event prep, and outreach logistics.
- Support phone distribution, bus pass lists, and program tracking.
- Provide general admin support to program leaders and assist with small projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Canva, and basic tech tools
- Reliable and consistent
- Able to take direction and follow through
- Interest in nonprofit work or community outreach
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
