About the Role
We are seeking a highly communicative, analytical, and resourceful professional to support a growing U.S.-based real estate investment and development company.
You will manage outreach to vendors, tenants, and sellers, coordinate property operations, and handle data analysis and technical problem-solving.
This position blends communication and negotiation with analytical and technical work, ideal for candidates from engineering, computer science, or statistics backgrounds who want to apply their problem-solving skills to real-world real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities Communication & Outreach
- Reach out to roofers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other contractors to obtain quotes, verify availability, and coordinate work schedules.
- Communicate directly with tenants, sellers, and service providers to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Build and maintain a structured contact list of vendors and local companies for recurring needs.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to identify leasing agents, potential tenants, and service partners in new markets.
- Draft professional emails and summaries to document communications and updates.
Operations & Analysis
- Support property analysis by maintaining accurate rent rolls, expense reports, and valuation templates (NOI, DSCR, Cap Rate, ROI).
- Perform data-driven comparisons of bids, leases, and property metrics.
- Research comparable listings, recent sales, and lease-up statistics for new acquisitions.
- Contribute to decision reports summarizing opportunities, risks, and financial performance.
Technical & Problem Solving
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, or Python for data analysis and calculations.
- Solve intermediate-level programming problems (logic, data manipulation, or automation tasks).
- Propose creative solutions to improve operational workflows using technical tools or scripts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA.
- Preferred: Candidates who have prior experience in client outreach, tenant coordination, or vendor communication — especially in real estate, property management, or B2B environments.
- Experience: 3–5 years in analytical, research, operations, or technical roles.
- Core Skills:
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Excellent coordination and outreach ability — comfortable contacting vendors, tenants, and partners by email or phone.
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Basic to intermediate coding ability (Python, Java, or equivalent).
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver.
- Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with real estate concepts (NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR).
- Prior experience communicating with U.S. or international clients.

Pay: ₹30,086.00 - ₹63,473.96 per month
