Outreach & Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Outreach & Email Marketing Executive who is eager to learn and grow in B2B lead generation and business development.

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, quick to learn, and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute email marketing campaigns (cold outreach)
• Research and identify relevant B2B prospects (USA/UK markets)
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and start meaningful conversations
• Handle Upwork bidding for software development projects
• Personalize outreach messages based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheets
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email communication
• Confident in online research
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Willingness to learn and follow training material

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Basic knowledge of Upwork bidding
• Understanding of IT / software services
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter, Mailshake, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
