Job Summary:
As an Outreach Intern, you’ll work on cold emailing, researching relevant websites and contacts and sending personalized outreach emails to support partnership building, brand mentions, and content promotion, helping increase overall visibility and reach.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performing, well-structured, and visually appealing web applications that drive the future of our AI product suite.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to write clear, professional, and personalized cold emails.

• Good research skills to identify relevant contacts and companies.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or outreach concepts (preferred)

• Comfortable using email tools, spreadsheets, and online research methods.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.

• Self-motivated with a proactive and organized approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant websites, creators, and potential partners.

• Build and maintain targeted contact lists for outreach campaigns.

• Write and send personalized cold outreach emails.

• Follow up on outreach emails to improve response rates.

• Track email performance, responses, and outreach outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in spreadsheets or tools.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on outreach campaigns.

• Ensure outreach messaging aligns with brand tone and guidelines.

• Test subject lines and email variations to improve engagement.

• Support partnership-building and content promotion initiatives.
