About the Role

Worth IT Solutions is seeking a skilled and results-driven Outreach Link Builder to strengthen our off-page SEO strategy through high-quality, white-hat backlink acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in link building and a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies
• Identify high-authority and relevant websites for outreach opportunities
• Manage guest posting, blogger outreach, and niche edits
• Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify growth opportunities
• Track, maintain, and report link-building performance metrics
• Coordinate PR collaborations and content placement opportunities
• Ensure clear documentation and communication across teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in link building or off-page SEO
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Experience with outreach tools and backlink analysis platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage reports and track measurable results
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
