OutReach Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with district-based enumerators & ensure timely completion of surveys.
• Plan & coordinate logistics for research activities & the production of vital data outputs.
• Oversee survey deployment, ensure data quality & consolidate findings.
• Develop daily/weekly trackers & prepare reports for headquarters.

Requirements:

• BA or MA in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in field coordination, surveys or development sector outreach.
• Proficiency with data collection software, MS Excel & project management tools.
• Familiarity with child protection, gender issues or community mobilization.
• Strong organizational & logistical planning skills.
