Outreach Sales Closer (In-Person)

$20/hr minimum + bonuses + commissions

About the Role

We are hiring in-person Outreach Sales Closers to engage people face-to-face at high-traffic locations such as Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, LA Fitness, OneLife, Crunch, and similar venues.

This is real sales — starting conversations, overcoming objections, qualifying prospects, and closing $60–$300 first-time consultations.
No warm leads. No sitting behind a desk. We train you with a proven script built over 6 years.

Compensation

• $20/hr guaranteed minimum
• Bonuses + commissions (top performers significantly exceed hourly)
• Leaderboards, incentives, and team trips for hitting targets

What You’ll Do

• Initiate conversations with strangers in public settings
• Follow a proven sales script (training provided)
• Overcome objections and qualify prospects
• Close first-time consultations
• Work as part of a competitive, supportive sales team
• Represent the brand professionally (scrubs provided)

Who This Role Is For

• Experience in D2D, solar, car sales, events, fitness, retail sales, or similar
• Confident talking to strangers
• Competitive, coachable, and performance-driven
• Comfortable following a script and wearing a uniform
• Interested in growth and leadership opportunities
