Outreach & Talent Manager

We are currently seeking a Outreach & Talent Manager to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.


Essential duties:

  • Lead recruiting efforts across departments, with a focus on operations, grain, agronomy, energy, and livestock nutrition.
  • Partner with managers & leadership to identify hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
  • Partner with marketing to continuously improve Frontier’s employer branding efforts
  • Build and maintain pipelines through schools, industry relationships, and community connections
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging across recruiting, culture, and external communications
  • Support initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and retention
  • Support employee development and career path planning
  • Help reinforce Frontier’s culture across locations and teams
  • Support community involvement efforts that strengthen Frontier’s presence and trust
  • Support Frontier’s internship program with direction of internship committee
  • Support initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and retention
  • Support other marketing/recruiting/development projects as assigned

Job skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams
  • Passion for agriculture and rural communities preferred
