We are currently seeking a Outreach & Talent Manager to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Essential duties:
- Lead recruiting efforts across departments, with a focus on operations, grain, agronomy, energy, and livestock nutrition.
- Partner with managers & leadership to identify hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
- Partner with marketing to continuously improve Frontier’s employer branding efforts
- Build and maintain pipelines through schools, industry relationships, and community connections
- Partner with marketing to align messaging across recruiting, culture, and external communications
- Support initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and retention
- Support employee development and career path planning
- Help reinforce Frontier’s culture across locations and teams
- Support community involvement efforts that strengthen Frontier’s presence and trust
- Support Frontier’s internship program with direction of internship committee
- Support initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and retention
- Support other marketing/recruiting/development projects as assigned
Job skills and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams
- Passion for agriculture and rural communities preferred
