Outside Customer Service / Sales Representative

We are an established automotive accessories company serving car dealerships and fleet customers throughout the Seattle area. We specialize in car and truck accessories as well as commercial upfitting solutions such as shelving, ladder racks, electronics, and fleet accessories.

We are looking to add a motivated Outside Sales Representative to our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also developing new business through cold and warm prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Make regular in-person sales calls on existing dealership and fleet customers
• Prospect and develop new dealership and fleet accounts
• Work with dealership sales managers, service departments, and fleet managers
• Promote and sell automotive accessories and fleet upfitting solutions
• Manage follow-ups through email, text, and CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge (makes, models, or accessories) is a strong plus
• Experience working with car dealerships or fleet managers is preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using technology, email, text, and basic CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field

This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales and customer service expertise within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
