Job Summary

LUXE Cabinet & Stone is a fast-growing cabinet and flooring wholesaler with locations in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and grow with us. If you enjoy working with customers, learning interior materials, and earning commission based on performance, we’d love to meet you.

Compensation

• $20.76 – $30.00 per hour + high commission
• Paid monthly
• Performance-based earning potential

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of company products, services, and pricing
• Greet and assist customers at our Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue locations
• Provide a high level of customer service to homeowners, contractors, and designers
• Introduce cabinets, flooring, and related products to in-store and walk-in customers
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Support the sales and design teams in generating and closing qualified sales opportunities
• Assist with customer follow-ups, outreach, and relationship management
• Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in cabinets or flooring preferred
• Additional B2C and/or wholesale sales experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Interest in interior design or construction materials is a plus (not required)
