Job Title:
Sales Estimator & Project Manager – Hardscape Design & Construction
Overview
New Life Rockeries is a leading Seattle-area hardscape company known for transforming outdoor spaces with retaining walls, patios, and custom landscapes since 1972. We’re looking for a high-energy, client-focused Sales Estimator & Project Manager who can guide customers from their first idea to a finished project they love.
This role is part sales consultant, part estimator, part project manager — you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their vision, design and price solutions, and oversee the project through completion. You must be as comfortable closing a $100K backyard transformation as you are walking a job site with the crew.

- Use company estimating tools (Panda Docs) to prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment costs.

- Assist in preliminary design sketches or layouts as needed to support proposals.
Project Management
- Transition sold projects to production with detailed work orders and timelines.
- Coordinate with crew leads and subcontractors to ensure work is executed to plan.
- Serve as the main client contact during construction — managing expectations, resolving questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track budgets, timelines, and quality from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardscape, landscape construction, or related high-end residential construction sales.
- Strong understanding of hardscape materials, construction methods, and design principles.
