Outside Insurance Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, Spanish/Bilingual Preferred)

Schedule: Part-Time (4 hours per day)

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, self-motivated Spanish/English bilingual Outside Insurance Marketing Specialist to support our agency’s growth. This part-time position focuses on community outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable engaging with individuals and local businesses.

This role has limited digital marketing responsibility—the primary focus is in-person prospecting, networking, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach individual consumer prospects within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners (businesses, community organizations, event hosts, etc.).
• Plan, coordinate, and attend local marketing events, community gatherings, and outreach activities.
• Represent the agency professionally while using a company-provided vehicle for daily marketing routes.
• Track daily activity and meet minimum weekly production goals (lead generation, partner contacts, event planning tasks).
• Provide basic support with digital marketing content as requested (limited scope).
• Report progress to management and assist with marketing strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish & English (required or strongly preferred — choose one).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; confident speaking with the public.
• Prior marketing, sales, or community outreach experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
