The Role: Outside Sales Account Manager (Marketing & Leadership Trainee)

As a Non-Profit Promoter, you’ll be the face of our clients’ missions — representing top-rated charities and nonprofit organizations through in-person events, retail activations, and community campaigns.

Your goal is simple: connect with people, share the story behind the cause, and inspire them to take action. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, leadership, and team development — all while being part of a culture that rewards results over seniority.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, passion, and authenticity
• Engage face-to-face with community members at events, retail locations, and public spaces
• Learn and apply proven marketing systems to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Build communication, leadership, and sales skills through hands-on experience
• Mentor newer team members as you advance into leadership
• Collaborate with a fun, high-performing team focused on excellence and impact
