Outside Sales Representative

Lube Squad of Maryland is a growing distributor of motor oil, automotive fluids, and shop supplies. We are known for excellent service and reliable products that keep automotive shops, fleets, and businesses running.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base across the DMV region. This role is focused on developing new accounts, building lasting relationships, and taking regular product orders from your customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new customer accounts in the DMV area.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with automotive shops, fleets, and businesses.
• Take product orders for motor oil, automotive fluids, and supplies.
• Submit orders through the LaceUp platform.
• Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent Lube Squad of Maryland professionally while on the road.

Requirements

• Required: Proven sales experience.
• Required: Familiarity with motor oil, automotive fluids, shop supplies, and trucking industry.
• Must own a reliable car for daily travel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
