Overview

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, allowing you to make a significant impact on our business and individual personal growth.

Duties

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and expand existing accounts.
  • Conduct territory management to ensure optimal coverage and maximize sales potential.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or direct sales roles.
  • Strong skills in account management and territory sales.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for business development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance on the job would qualify.

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required.
  • Basic knowledge of products in Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Customer Service required.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
  • Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes.
  • Excellent decision making and communication skills.

*Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
