We’re looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative who can turn conversations into partnerships and prospects into loyal customers. You’ll hit the road, meet face-to-face with potential clients, and work closely with businesses to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conduct sales presentations and product demos that highlight our value
• Customize proposals and close deals to meet client needs
• Use CRM software to manage your pipeline, forecast revenue, and track customer interactions

Relationship Building

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
• Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any service needs
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s operation and offering smart solutions
• Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent service from start to finish

Industry Engagement

• Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
• Represent 3C at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services to better support customer needs

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or services
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable traveling regularly to meet clients and attend events
• Experience with CRM tools and sales technology
