Outside Sales Representative

Apex Oilfield Services LLC is a fast-growing oilfield trucking and logistics company based in Midland, TX. We specialize in flatbeds, stepdecks, lowboys, hotshots, and specialized hauling solutions throughout the Permian Basin.

We are seeking a driven, well-connected Outside Sales Representative who already has established industry relationships and can bring immediate revenue opportunities to the company.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings their own accounts or active relationships
  • Can secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Knows how to navigate oil & gas procurement processes
  • Is hungry to grow with a company that is scaling aggressively

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring in new customers and revenue-generating accounts
  • Secure MSAs (Master Service Agreements) with operators, drilling companies, and service companies
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers
  • Consistently generate new leads and expand market share
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure high service performance
  • Follow up on bids, rate sheets, and load opportunities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively solve service issues
  • Represent Apex professionally in the field and at industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • Existing oilfield contacts and book of business (preferred)
  • Experience in oilfield trucking, logistics, or energy services sales
  • Strong understanding of flatbed, stepdeck, lowboy, and hotshot operations
  • Experience negotiating rates and contracts
  • Ability to obtain MSAs and vendor approvals
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Ability to work independently and build long-term growth

Compensation

  • Base salary (negotiable based on experience and accounts)

Compensation will be structured around experience, existing accounts, and revenue generation ability.
