We’re seeking a dedicated Storm Damage Inspector to join our team. You will be at the forefront of assisting homeowners recover from storm damage by conducting thorough property inspections and providing expert guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential properties to assess storm damage, including roof, exterior, and interior damage.
• Prepare detailed damage reports with clear documentation and photography.
• Educate homeowners on the insurance process and assist with documentation.
• Develop repair and restoration plans to maximize property value.
• Collaborate with contractors and insurance adjusters to ensure efficient claim processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with homeowners and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of construction and building systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
