$50,000 – $120,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Job Description

JP Ready Mix is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand customer base
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers
• Conduct job site visits and in-person meetings
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth deliveries
• Track sales activity and maintain customer records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction or concrete preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission: $10,000 – $50,000+ annually (uncapped)
