Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and patients to promote our line of medical products and services based out of West Palm Beach, Florida. This role requires a professional who thrives on results, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and is motivated by helping patients receive the best care possible.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, an understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to travel regularly to meet clients, attend events, and grow our network.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory goals.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and medical offices.
- Conduct product presentations, in-services, and training sessions for healthcare providers and staff.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and industry research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
- Coordinate closely with the internal support team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Must be located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- 2+ years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales (DME experience highly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to confidently engage with medical professionals.
- Must be willing and able to travel within assigned territory
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with insurance processes and medical billing (especially for DME products).
- Existing relationships with endocrinologists, cardiologists, rheumatologists, primary care offices, or diabetes care providers.
- Experience selling glucose monitoring systems, diabetic supplies, or similar medical devices.
- Exceptional follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare regulations and company processes.
